NTLA Members and Community Raise Over $10,000 to Preserve Homeownership
At the heart of the NTLA Foundation’s mission is one simple truth—people helping people. Thanks to the generosity of NTLA members, conference attendees, and our broader community, we raised over $4,000 during our Q4 2024 fundraising campaign. With the support of donors like Mark Manoil, Patrick Gorman, Mike Ezer, Stephen Seal, Honig & Greenberg, L.L.C., Gary Zeitz, Sara Palacios, Patrick McShane, Austin Barnes, Lydia McEvoy, Shymane Robinson, Candace Henson, Chris Archer, William Hereford, Brenda Flatter, Chris Johnston, Pavel Litvinov, Mabel Yiu, Mark Lehrer, Carol Myers, Mount North Capital, Victor Quizhpi, Sellaci Dawson, Arquimides Figueroa, Chris Holman, Marian Kapala, Samantha Lorenzo-Horsley, Teddy Faust, Joseph Gruenebaum, Teresita Enriquez, and Tatjana Almeida, and others, we made a direct impact in the lives of homeowners facing financial hardship.
That impact was doubled when Tax Sale Resources matched the funds, bringing the total to over $8,000—a testament to what’s possible when a community comes together for a cause.
Additionally, at the NTLA 2025 Annual Conference, more donors stepped up through the 50/50 raffle. A special thank you goes to Adam Greenberg, who, after winning the raffle, chose to give back his winnings—nearly $2,000—to support homeowners in need.
These contributions allow the NTLA Foundation to continue helping veterans, elderly homeowners, and families who might otherwise lose their homes. Your donation today can help save more homes and give peace of mind to those who need it most.
